My name is Lars, I am the founder of Faunus Nutrition, and this is my story.

The legume's natural defense system is broken down and replaced by microorganisms (natural bacteria).
How did I come up with this idea? I came up with this idea when I was talking to someone who has been in the plant-based baby food business for years. They have been using this process for years, to improve digestibility and to ensure that the babies do not experience any complaints!
